Company and Trademark Registration : The formality would be completed before the end of February


Branding & Marketing is very critical aspect in the success; therefore, we plan to spend approximately 4 crores on branding and establishing distribution network

1. The product will be sold under two categories ( Mouth Fresher-premium n normal) to cater larger market share
2. The product would be targeted to people that is currently using products available in the market; the branding would specifically target at positive aspects of the product such as no-harmful impact to health, product of premium people
3. Since the product will be catering to all ages and wages group, we plan to use all marketing channels such as marketing banner on ( mainly word of mouth by last mile retailer offerin g the retailer very nice margins) Pan shops, TV, Radio (in Mumbai specifically)
4. Although initial investment would be high in the marketing, the branding investment will be 10-12 % of the profit as a going concern
